### Qualifikationsziele
In an increasingly unprecedented, complex and ambiguous global environment where business models are changing across industries, the role of global business leaders is prone to adjustment. By the end of this course, students should be able to question the status quo, to see opportunities before competitors do, to detect threats on the peripheries of their businesses, to streamline costs, to create various business scenarios, to develop global networks in emerging markets and to scan the ever-changing environment for warning signs for change.  They will be equipped with the skills required by an international strategic leader in a VUCA world.
