Through current and recent real-life global case studies on the best practices of leading companies, students learn how to tackle strategic partnerships, steer complex negotiations, and enhance corporate growth. This module enables students to choose and implement the right corporate development tools for growth. Students utilize common corporate tools and knowledge as applied within the context of considering, developing and executing M&A transactions on a case study and present their solutions and recommendations for promoting growth in a presentation as well as a written assignment which adhere to the scientific norms. Here they can expound their in-depth understanding of the factors necessary for success in international transactions especially in the preparation, implementation and integration phase.
